Goodness’s power player is their Chia Seed Oil, say what?!? Chia seeds are what I usually add to my porridge and smoothies. As more and more of us are finding out the power of super foods like Chia seeds its kinda a no brainer that if its good for you on the inside applying it to your skin on the outside is also going to be good too. Goodness’s chia seeds are grown organically from all over Central America. Hola! The seeds are pressed (solvent-free) to get the oil. It takes 1kg of chia seeds to produce 250ml of chia seed oil. The remaining husks are used as animal feed, which gives me an Oprah hallelujah moment thinking about how much I love sustainability in the beauty industry. It feels like Rose hip oil when applied and has a similar scent, my dry skin has been drinking it up and loves it.
Natural and organic skin care can sometime be more on the pricier side but with Goodness’s affordability I think it would be great for the teen market that is just getting into a skin care routine or anyone that wants to use natural skin care that wont blow your budget.
PS Goodness Skin care does not contain any parabens, petrochemicals, PEGs, sulfates, silicons, harsh surfactants and other nastys.
