I naturally have the most boring straight as a pin hair, it falls flat without even a kink of volume or texture. Styling with heat tools damages my already coloured and damaged ends, so I am always on the hunt for a heat free styling product or tip to add volume, texture and waves to my lack luster locks.
John Frieda’s Air-Dry Waves is a great option for messy summer tousled waves and ticks all my boxes, here’s how I found to get best results with the new Frizz Ease Air-Dry Waves.
-Start with 3/4 dried hair still a little damp but almost dry, apply 2-3 pumps to your hair evenly throughout rubbing in with your fingers.
-Then the totally fun/cute part, section your hair into 4 parts and twist into Princess Leia buns and secure with bobby pins, leave the buns in until your hair has dried.
-Once dried brush out waves with a wide tooth comb or soft bristle brush to your desired texture.
Voila! Textured voluminous waves without using any heat styling, John Frieda’s Air-Dry Waves is a fast favourite which I am sure will be getting a ‘lotta love from me over the summer months.
